In cooperation with Grenka Croatia, we are able to offer financing to business customers based on the principle of operating lease of equipment through monthly or quarterly rents for a period of up to 5 years.

BENEFITS OF GREEN FINANCIATION
· Financing of low-value equipment (over €500 - net)
· No (casco) insurance of the leased item is required. Included in the rental fee is the lessee's liability relief fee
· The duration of the lease is from 12-60 months (depends on the equipment and on the prudential assessment of the final tenant)
· No participation, advance or bail
· Rents are recorded in the cost and 100% is a tax-recognised expense
· No change in financing conditions, no currency clause, fixed in HRK for the duration of the lease

Preservation of liquidity and the possibility of allocating funds: Instead of attaching funds to the client's own cash reserves, they are at the client's disposal to develop a business that will generate a higher return than the cost of financing.

OPEX instead of CAPEX: Quarterly (or monthly) he receives an invoice for the use of equipment, which he records in expense. It does not burden the balance sheet and avoids the business of accounting for assets and liabilities. The client is not obliged to make an annual inventory or show and report obligations in his business books.

· Fast processing and no additional documentation for the d.o.o. client
(granting of financing up to EUR 50,000.00 within 8 hours and delivery of equipment on the same day upon receipt of the application for financing, amounts to 50,000 euros within 3-5 days)
· Insurance of the subject of the lease is not required
· The rental period is from 12-60 months
(depends on the equipment and on the creditworthiness assessment of the final tenant – maximum duration of 24 months for mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches and peripherals)
· No participation, bail or advance payment
· Up to the net purchase amount of 5,000 euros there is no processing cost (standard processing cost for amounts EUR 5 001-5 000 is EUR 75 + VAT)
· No change in financing conditions, no currency clause, fixed in EURIMA for the duration of the rental
· Possibility of quarterly and monthly payments
