SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

The project consists of two basic components :

1. Acquisition and implementation of production management systems
2. Education

The project will ensure a significant increase in the competitiveness of the company IZVO-KA d.o.o. through the procurement and implementation of new digital solutions for the purpose of digital business transformation of business process management systems and strengthening the digital skills of employees (education), which will result in a significant improvement in organizational practices and the improvement of a significant number of business processes.

The investment will ensure significant business optimization on the internal and external level, resource rationalization, which will be reflected in the overall profitability of the business.

The project will contribute to:

• increasing productivity
• Increase the number of clients
• Increase in revenue
• digitalisation of business processes

EU PROJECT SUFINANCING: EUR 7,962.00

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION PERIOD: 2023-2024
